10:30 Combat Sport Conditioning Classes
19:00 MMA/Boxing/Muay Thai Classes
Monday , Wednesday and Fridays
18:00 Grappling/BJJ Fundamentals
08:00 Seafront Aerobic Kickboxing *leaves the camp at 07:00
May 2024 Onwards
Monday - Friday
06:00 Wake up Yoga and Stretching (15 minutes)
06:15 5KM Desert Run / Walk
09:00 Fitness and Conditioning ( 60 Minutes )
10:30 Grappling / Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ( 60 Minutes)
16:00 Boxing (60 Minutes)
17:00 Muay Thai (60 Minutes)
18:00 Stretching and meditation (20 minutes)
08:00 Seafront Aerobic Kickboxing ( 60 Minutes ) *leaves the camp at 07:00
* Class durations are approximate and schedules may vary slightly due to weather conditions etc..
*Customers training for more than 1 week are required to have their own Gloves, Shin pads and hand wraps. Alternatively you can rent sets of gloves and hand wraps from the camp for 50 pesos per day (glove and hand wrap rental are included in single class price)
