Even in the "rainy" season here in Khao Lak there are plenty of times when the sun is shining and we are forntunate to be in a stunning location very close to one of Khao Laks many beaches. On some of those days we like to take our guests down to the beach for a little Sun, Sea, Sand and hard training!! If you are thinking of coming out to train in Thailand there realy are few lcoations that can rival this region and the quality of training offered by our expert staff!!
