Busy week preparing the Gym for the official opening on the 5th!!

Its going to be a very busy week here this week preparing everything for the official opening.. Spent part of the weekend rushing down to Phuket to make an appearance on Live 89.5 talking to DJ Garry Holden about the new facility in Khao Lak and all things MMA, Muay Thai etc..

Got the supplement and equipment store stocked up and now just putting the finishing touches on everything. Should have the new flooring done over the next few days and we will be relocating the heavy bags once the filling has settled a bit!! Really exciting time and dont forget we are currently running daily classes and we should have some news on Yoga and Muay Thai training soon!!
